Hilton Electrical charge “No Call Out Fee!”

• All site visits will incur the minimum charge
• Free Quote only applies on quotes provided over the phone, or as agreed that a site visit is required.
• Any work outside of normal hours 7am -5pm Monday –Friday & 8am-12pm Saturday will incur additional charges.
• “Call out” or “Emergency Work” will be charged at double rate.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs prior of booking otherwise a minimum charge will apply.
• If booking under a 24hr timeframe then it will be deemed to fall within this cancellation period.
• All jobs are payment on completion. We accept cash, cheque and have EFTPOS facilities available. Credit Card payments carry a 2% surcharge
